Oath Promos
Contact Oath Research, or reach this page
There are two different contacts worth separating here, because they handle different things. Oath Research itself handles orders, shipping status, product questions, and returns — anything involving an actual purchase goes to Oath directly, not to this page. This page handles the two promo codes above: whether one has stopped working, or whether a new one should be added. Mixing the two up is the most common way a question goes unanswered — a shipping question sent here has nowhere useful to go, the same way a code-status question sent to Oath's own support line is outside what that line is set up to answer. What follows is how to reach each one directly, and which kinds of questions actually belong where.
Reaching Oath Research directly
Oath publishes a US phone number, +1 480-999-1097, and a street address, 51 West Vaughn Avenue Suite 205, Gilbert, Arizona 85233 — both corroborated by independent business-directory listings. Support is available during staffed weekday hours; Oath's own pages do not agree closely enough on the exact window to publish one here with confidence, so this page states only that weekday hours are staffed rather than naming a specific range. Oath's own contact page requires creating an account before it can be submitted; the phone number does not carry that requirement. Oath does not advise on dosing, reconstitution, or use of its products in a person or an animal — that is a research-use posture, not a support limitation, and any question along those lines should not be expected to get a different answer by phone.
What this page can help with
This page can confirm whether either code is currently working, note when a code has moved to the expired list, and take a report that a code has stopped clearing checkout so it can be checked directly against Oath's cart. It cannot check an order's shipping status, process a return, or answer a product question — those all route to Oath directly, using the contact details above, because this page has no access to Oath's order system and does not claim otherwise.
Why the phone number is worth listing at all
A real phone number and a real, checkable street address are a meaningfully higher bar than a contact form with no other detail attached, which is what a large share of research-chemical storefronts publish instead. That does not confirm every call is answered — this page has not tested that, and does not claim it — but it does confirm the business behind Oath Research is attached to a specific, verifiable place and number rather than existing only as a checkout page.
Ready to use a code?
Copy either code above, then paste it into the discount field at checkout. The 20% code is for first orders; the 15% code works every time.
